Terms & Conditions – Ethnic Run & Cultural Carnival

1. Only participants who have successfully registered for the run are eligible to participate in prize categories and on-ground competitions.
2. Teams competing for the Best Dressed Team category must consist of exactly five (5) members.
3. Team name must be clearly mentioned during the registration process to be considered for team-based awards.
4. Participants are required to arrive in matching, themed, or coordinated attire to be eligible for judging.
5. Judges’ decisions regarding awards, rankings, and winners shall be final and binding.
6. Post-run refreshments and runner benefits are applicable only to registered run participants.
7. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, format, rules, or prize structure if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines, instructions, and directions provided by event staff and organizers.
9. Any form of misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe attire may result in disqualification from the event or award categories.
10. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during participation in the event.
