Terms and Conditions – Musicians Meetup
1. Registration: All participants must register prior to the event. Entry is strictly limited to registered attendees only.
2. Age Limit: Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the event.
3. Musical Instruments:
All performing musicians are required to bring their own musical instruments and necessary accessories (e.g., cables, picks, stands, etc.).
Only one person is allowed per musical instrument slot. For example, if you bring a guitar, only you can perform using that instrument.
Additional persons accompanying the performer will be considered as audience members and must purchase an audience ticket to attend the event.
4. Performance Etiquette:
Each performer will be allotted a limited time slot to ensure fair participation for all.
Please be respectful of fellow performers and maintain a positive, supportive environment.
Any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate performances will not be tolerated.
5. Equipment Handling:
The organizers are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal musical instruments or belongings.
Participants are advised to handle their instruments and others’ equipment with care.
6. Event Conduct:
Respect the venue rules, fellow participants, and the event team.
Maintain decorum throughout the event; any disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the venue.
7. Photography and Media:
By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for event promotion and social media content.
8. Organizer’s Rights:
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule or terms as required.
In case of misconduct or violation of rules, participation may be revoked without a refund.
