Terms & Conditions – Writers & Poets Meetup
1. Registration: All participants must register prior to the event. Entry is limited to registered attendees only to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
2. Age Limit: Participants must be 18 years or older to attend the event.
3. Performance Guidelines:
Each performer will be allotted a specific time slot. Please respect the schedule to give everyone a chance to share.
Original writings are encouraged, but you may also perform your favorite works (with due credit to the author).
Content shared should be respectful and free from hate speech, explicit language, or offensive themes.
4. Event Conduct:
Maintain a friendly and encouraging atmosphere for all participants.
Respect others’ creative expressions and avoid unnecessary interruptions.
Any form of disrespectful behavior, discrimination, or harassment will lead to immediate removal from the event.
5. Privacy & Media:
Photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform the organizers in advance.
Refrain from recording or sharing others’ performances without their consent.
