1. Registration: All parent–child pairs must register prior to the scheduled date. Entry is limited to registered participants only.
2. Age Guidelines: Children between the ages of 3 and 12 years can participate. A parent or guardian must accompany the child at all times.
3. Workshop Conduct:
Parents and children are expected to maintain respectful and friendly behavior towards others.
Bullying, disruptive behavior, or use of inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
4. Participation in Activities: All art activities (painting, drawing, crafts, etc.) are voluntary. Families are encouraged to engage, but participants may choose to skip any activity.
5. Personal Belongings: Parents/guardians are responsible for their and their child’s belongings. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.
6. Photography and Media:
By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken during the workshop, which may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
If you do not wish you or your child to be photographed, please inform the organizers in advance.
7. Changes to Workshop Details: The organizers reserve the right to change the venue, time, or other workshop details if necessary. Registered participants will be informed in advance.
8. Health and Safety:
Parents/guardians must supervise their child throughout the workshop.
Inform organizers of any allergies or medical conditions in advance.
If either parent or child feels unwell, please refrain from attending the workshop.
9. Refund Policy: Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. However, transfers to another session may be considered subject to availability.
10. Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any injury, accident, allergic reaction, or unforeseen circumstances during the workshop. Parents/guardians accept responsibility for their child’s participation.
