Terms & Conditions

1. All tickets/passes once booked are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.
2. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket/pass confirmation. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry in case of invalid, duplicate, or suspicious bookings.
3. SamMELAnam Musical Jamming & Open Mic is a community-based artistic event. Audience members may be encouraged to participate; however, stage access and performance slots remain subject to organizer discretion and time limitations.
4. The organizers reserve the complete right to modify event schedules, artist lineups, performance durations, venue arrangements, or session formats without prior notice.
5. Any form of abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, violence, intoxicated misconduct, nuisance, or disruption towards artists, attendees, staff, or venue partners will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
6. Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, musical instruments, gadgets, equipment, and valuables. Organizers and venue partners will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
7. By entering the event premises, attendees and performers grant permission to SamMELAnam Events to capture photographs, videos, reels, live recordings, and promotional content for marketing, social media, branding, and commercial purposes without additional consent or compensation.
8. Performance slots are managed on event flow, availability, and organizer coordination basis. No participant is guaranteed a specific stage duration or performance order.
9. Outside food, beverages, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed inside the venue unless permitted by venue policies.
10. Organizers reserve the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any individual deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the event environment.
11. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and responsibilities associated with participation in the event including crowd interaction, sound exposure, and live performance environments.
12. In case of unforeseen situations including weather conditions, technical issues, government restrictions, venue limitations, force majeure events, or operational challenges, the event may be postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled without liabilities beyond ticket refund obligations where applicable.
13. Any damage caused to venue property, equipment, instruments, or event assets by an attendee or performer shall be recovered directly from the responsible individual.
14. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources shall be considered invalid and may lead to denial of entry.
15. By attending the event, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms, rules, venue policies, and organizer decisions.
