• Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket/registration confirmation.
• This is a community musical jamming experience. Participants are requested to maintain a positive, respectful, and artist-friendly environment throughout the event.
• Seating arrangement will be completely floor seating (ground seating). Chairs will not be available at the venue.
• Guests are requested to avoid wearing shoes for better comfort and convenience during the event. Wearing chappals/slippers is highly recommended.
• A mandatory Café Cover Charge of Rs.100 per person will be collected directly at the venue by the café management.
• The Rs.100 cover charge is fully redeemable on food and beverages at the café.
• Attendees can avail an exclusive 30% discount on a minimum food bill of Rs.1000 during the event.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the venue premises.
• SamMELAnam reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant involved in nuisance, misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or disturbance during the event.
• The event may include photography and videography for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, participants consent to being captured in event coverage.
• Tickets once booked are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Event timings, artist lineup, and flow of performances are subject to minor changes based on live event conditions.
• Participants performing on stage are encouraged to cooperate with the hosting team to ensure smooth flow of the musical jamming session.
• Management holds the right to make necessary changes to the event structure, rules, or timings if required for operational reasons.
