Terms & Conditions – SamMELAnam Musical Jamming

• Tickets once booked are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please arrive at the venue at least 15–20 minutes before the event starts to ensure smooth entry and seating.
• Entry may be denied or delayed for late arrivals depending on venue capacity and ongoing performances.
• This is a community-based musical gathering. Audience members are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
• Any form of nuisance, misbehavior, intoxication, harassment, or disturbance towards performers, audience, or organizers will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
• Open Mic performance slots are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-perform basis or as decided by the organizers.
• Participants are requested to cooperate with the event flow and follow instructions given by the organizing team.
• Outside food and beverages may not be allowed inside the venue as per venue policy.
• Photography and videos may be captured during the event for promotional and social media purposes.
• Attendees consent to appearing in event photos/videos by participating in the event.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. Organizers will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
• Limited parking may be available near the venue. Guests are advised to arrive early and park responsibly.
• Event schedules, artist lineups, or venue arrangements are subject to change if required due to unavoidable circumstances.
• By attending the event, participants agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
