By purchasing a ticket and attending SamMELAnam Open Mic & Musical Jamming events, attendees agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Strictly No Refund Policy: All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances including no-show, late entry, personal reasons, weather conditions, or change of plans.
Event Cancellation/Postponement: In case of unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event without prior notice. Refunds will not be applicable unless officially announced by SamMELAnam management.
Respect the Vibe: SamMELAnam is a community-driven creative space. Any form of nuisance, abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, unnecessary disturbance, or disrespect towards performers, audience, organizers, or venue staff will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
