Terms & Conditions – Musical Jamming & Open Mic

• Participation is open to all music lovers, performers, and audience.
• Each participant can perform individually or as a group.
• Performance duration should not exceed the given time limit (usually 3–5 minutes).
• Participants must bring their own instruments or props if required.
• Any music track must be submitted in advance in the required format.
• Participants are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
• This is a non-competitive event — the focus is on performance, fun, and community building.
• No refunds will be provided in case of cancellation or no-show.
• Decent dress code is mandatory — no inappropriate, offensive, or untidy clothing will be allowed.
• All attendees must behave respectfully — any form of bad behavior, misconduct, or disturbance will not be tolerated.
• Participants and audience are expected to be friendly, supportive, and encouraging towards fellow performers.
• Respect all performers on stage — no interruptions, distractions, or negative comments.
• Performers are expected to be prepared and give their best performance within the given time.
• Entry is strictly allowed only with valid ticket/registration confirmation.
• Organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
• By attending or participating, you agree to allow event photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes.
• Any violation of rules may lead to immediate removal from the event without any refund.
