1. Entry & Registration Entry is confirmed only after successful registration and payment. Participants must carry valid confirmation (ticket/QR/email). 2. Time & Punctuality Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the event starts. Late entries may miss their performance slot. 3. Performance Guidelines Each participant/group will be given a fixed time slot. Kindly respect time limits to ensure smooth flow of the event. All genres are welcome, but content should be respectful and appropriate. 4. Equipment Usage Basic instruments and sound setup will be provided. Participants bringing personal instruments are responsible for their safety. Handle all equipment with care—any damage will be chargeable. 5. Open Mic Rules Slots are first-come, first-served or pre-allocated. No offensive, abusive, or inappropriate performances allowed. 6. Code of Conduct Respect fellow performers and audience. No harassment, intoxication, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Organizers hold the right to remove anyone violating rules. 7. Photography & Media Photos/videos may be taken during the event. By attending, you agree to allow usage for promotions/social media. 8. Refund Policy Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of event cancellation, organizers will inform about rescheduling/refund. 9. Safety & Responsibility Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or injury. 10. Organizer Rights Organizers can make changes to schedule, lineup, or rules if needed. Final decision in any matter lies with the organizing team.
