Terms and Conditions – Ride Brew Bond
1. Registration:
All participants must register prior to the event. Entry is strictly limited to registered riders only.
2. Safety Gear:
Helmet is mandatory for all participants.
Riders without a helmet will not be allowed to join the event under any circumstances.
Participants are encouraged to wear additional protective gear such as gloves, jackets, and knee guards.
3. Bike Condition:
Riders must ensure their motorcycles are in proper running condition.
Fuel, tyre pressure, and basic safety checks should be completed before arrival.
The organizers are not responsible for breakdowns or mechanical issues during the ride.
4. Ride Discipline:
Participants must follow traffic rules and maintain the riding formation instructed by the lead marshal.
Over-speeding, rash driving, or unsafe manoeuvres will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the ride.
Respect fellow riders and maintain a safe distance throughout the journey.
5. Inclusions:
The event includes a planned coffee ride followed by breakfast for all registered riders.
6. Personal Responsibility:
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the ride.
7. Event Conduct:
Respect the venue, fellow participants, and event coordinators.
Any misbehavior or violation of rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
8. Photography & Media:
