BOARD GAMES

By registering or attending, participants agree to follow all Play Planet event rules, instructions from organizers, and the venue’s policies, including any updates announced on the day of the event.​ Entry passes/registrations are personal, cannot be transferred or resold, and may be cancelled by the organizers at any time in case of rule violations or misbehavior, without refund.​ Participants must treat fellow players, staff, and venue property with respect; abusive language, harassment, cheating in games, or damage to games or property can lead to immediate removal from the event.​ Children below a specified age (for example, 12 years) must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the event.​ Food and drinks must be handled carefully; keep them away from game components, and any damage to games due to spills or mishandling may be chargeable to the participant responsible.​ Participants must comply with any venue-specific rules regarding outside food, alcohol, and smoking, and organizers reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive.​ Event schedules, activities, seating, and prizes are subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of the organizers, and no compensation is guaranteed in case of such changes, except where specifically announced.​ Unless otherwise mentioned, event registration fees are non-refundable; in case the organizers cancel the event entirely, a refund or reschedule option may be offered, limited to the registration fee paid.​ Participants attend and play at their own risk; the organizers and venue are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings, accidental injuries, or health issues arising during the event, except where required by applicable law.​ Basic first-aid support may be arranged in case of minor injuries or discomfort, but participants are responsible for informing organizers of any medical condition and seeking professional help when needed.​ Limited personal information (such as name, contact details, and photos/videos from the event) may be collected and used for event management, communication, and Play Planet marketing, in line with applicable data protection laws.​ Photography and video may be taken at the event and used for Play Planet’s social media and marketing; by entering, participants consent to the use of their image, unless they inform the organizers in advance and avoid the frame where reasonably possible.​ Any disputes or issues will be resolved at the sole discretion of the organizers, and the organizers’ decision will be final for all event-related matters, subject to applicable Indian laws and jurisdiction at the city where the event is held
