- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or registration confirmed by the organizer.
- The event is designed as a community-driven musical jamming and open mic experience. Audience members are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment.
- Open Mic participation is subject to slot availability and organizer approval. Performance opportunities are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Performance duration may be limited to ensure fair opportunities for all participants.
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer and venue shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Any form of abusive, disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, artist lineup, or event format due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- Photography, videography, and social media recordings may take place during the event. By attending, participants grant permission for their images and videos to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by SamMELAnam.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the venue.
- Attendees must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and instructions issued by the organizer or venue staff.
- Any damage caused to venue property by an attendee shall be the sole responsibility of the attendee.
- The event is intended for entertainment and community engagement purposes. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the event experience.
- Tickets once booked are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
- In the event of cancellation from the organizer's side, eligible refunds shall be processed through the original payment method within the applicable timelines of the ticketing platform.
