Terms & Conditions
- Traditional Wear is Mandatory for all attendees to maintain the devotional and cultural atmosphere of the Bhajan Jamming experience.
- This event follows a Carpet Ground Seating Arrangement. Guests are requested to be comfortable with floor seating throughout the program.
- Shoes and Footwear are strictly not allowed inside the seating area. Chappals/Sandals must be left outside the venue premises or designated area before entering.
- Please maintain silence, positivity, and spiritual decorum during the event. Any nuisance or disturbance may lead to removal from the venue without refund.
- Participation in singing and musical jamming is open to everyone, but respectful conduct towards fellow participants is mandatory.
- Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to being featured in event media.
- Very Limited Parking Available. Guests are strongly advised to arrive early and, if possible, park vehicles slightly away from the venue to avoid congestion and delays.
- We aim to begin the devotional gathering on time. Kindly reach the venue early and settle in before the starting time to avoid disturbance during the Bhajans.
- Entry may be restricted after the event begins to preserve the devotional ambience and uninterrupted musical flow.
- Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Outside food, smoking, alcohol, or any inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited inside the venue premises.
- The organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove any attendee not adhering to the event guidelines.
