Terms & Conditions – SamMELAnam Events

By purchasing a ticket and attending SamMELAnam Open Mic & Musical Jamming events, attendees agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Strictly No Refund Policy: All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances including no-show, late entry, personal reasons, weather conditions, or change of plans.
2. Event Cancellation/Postponement: In case of unforeseen circumstances, management reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event without prior notice. Refunds will not be applicable unless officially announced by SamMELAnam management.
3. Respect the Vibe: SamMELAnam is a community-driven creative space. Any form of nuisance, abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, unnecessary disturbance, or disrespect towards performers, audience, organizers, or venue staff will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
4. Performance Etiquette: Open Mic performers must maintain respectful and appropriate content. Hate speech, offensive language, political propaganda, or inappropriate acts are strictly prohibited.
5. Time Management: Performers must adhere to the allotted stage time provided by the organizers. Management reserves the right to stop or skip performances due to time constraints.
6. Entry Rights Reserved: SamMELAnam management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual found intoxicated, misbehaving, violating rules, or disturbing the event atmosphere.
7. Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food, beverages, alcohol, smoking substances, or illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the venue premises.
8. Damage to Property: Any intentional damage caused to venue property, instruments, sound equipment, decor, or event assets will be charged directly to the responsible individual.
9. Photography & Videography: Photos and videos may be captured during the event for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes. By attending, participants grant permission to SamMELAnam to use such media without compensation.
10. Audience Participation: Audience members are encouraged to support performers positively. Interruptions, heckling, or discouraging behavior will not be tolerated.
11. Personal Belongings: SamMELAnam and venue partners are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
12. Late Entry: Entry may be restricted or delayed after the event begins to avoid disturbance to ongoing performances.
13. Musical Jamming Environment: SamMELAnam promotes collaborative and soulful musical experiences. Participants are expected to maintain positive energy, encourage fellow artists, and preserve the artistic atmosphere.
14. Compliance with Venue Rules: All attendees must comply with venue-specific safety regulations, seating policies, and management instructions at all times.
15. Final Decision Authority: Decisions taken by SamMELAnam organizers and venue management regarding event operations, participation, seating, and conduct shall be final and binding.
